Order sizes, prices, samples, inspection, documents and private label. If your question is not here, ask it — the answer is worth having in writing either way.
These are the questions that decide whether a first order happens. None of them have a sales answer — they have a real one.
No. We supply wholesale and OEM / ODM only, and single-piece retail is not available in any division, so an order for one unit is not something we price.
No. Prices are quoted against the specification, the quantity and the destination market, because freight, duty and the differences between builds move the final number more than the model does. A published price would be wrong for most of the buyers who read it.
Send five things: the division, the product, the specification, the quantity, and the destination market. A part number or a photograph is enough to start. We come back with availability, price and what the shipment requires.
Yes. Samples and trial quantities can be shipped by courier before you commit to a container. For larger and heavier items we quote both the trial and the container, so you can compare the freight as well as the price.
Yes, and it is the practical reason to buy across the group rather than from five separate suppliers. Mixed loads are consolidated into one loading plan and one set of documents, so the order arrives as a single shipment.
Yes. You may appoint a third-party inspection agency at any stage before shipment, and we arrange access and provide the samples they ask for. Where a batch deviates from the agreed specification, you hear it from us before shipment rather than after it.
Where a product and a destination market require them, specification sheets, test reports and compliance documents are issued as documents you can verify, per product and per market. We do not publish certification badges on this site, and nothing here should be read as a certification claim.
Yes, that is the OEM / ODM route. Send a drawing, a sample or a specification sheet and tell us the label, packing artwork and labelling language your market requires. If you have no drawing, a photograph with something for scale is a normal starting point.
They are agreed in writing for each order and stated on the quotation. We do not publish a single table for the group, because the terms depend on the product, the order size, the destination and whether the build is standard or tooled.
It differs by division and by product. Because we ship both trial quantities by courier and full container loads, the practical minimum is confirmed on the quotation for your specification rather than set as one number for the whole group.
Lead time is quoted with the order, once the specification and the quantity are fixed. We do not publish a blanket figure, because it depends on the product, the build and whether a sample has to be approved first.
Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, North America and South America. Requirements differ by destination - plug and voltage, labelling language, packing standards and conformity documents - so tell us the market and we will confirm what applies, including anything we cannot provide.
A photograph of an existing part or product is often faster than a description. We will come back with availability, price and what the shipment requires.
Tell us the division, the product, the specification and the destination market.
