Start an enquirywith the specification

Use whichever suits the size of what you are sending. A photograph of a worn part, or a picture of a teapot you want copied, usually travels better than a description — WhatsApp is the faster route for those.

For drawings, specification sheets, packing artwork or anything you would rather not send through a messaging app, use email.

What to include

• The division — tea ware, jewellery, machinery and parts, electric vehicles, or automotive interior
• The product — a part number, a model, or the item itself
• The specification — material, grade, dimensions, finish, and any tolerance that matters
• The quantity you need now, and what you expect to order again
• The destination market, so we can confirm documentation, labelling and build requirements
• Whether it is a stock item or a custom build

What we cannot quote

Single pieces. We do not run a retail channel, in any division, so an order for one unit is not something we price. The practical minimum is confirmed on the quotation for your specification rather than published as one number.
